Refund & Returns
As each artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order to ensure the selected size is right for your space.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your print arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@smarah.com, including your order number and clear photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. While refunds are not offered, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost to ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
After production starts, cancellations are not possible.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced according to the customer’s specifications.
As all artworks are printed individually upon purchase, orders are considered custom-made and are therefore exempt from the standard cancellation and return period.
